I must say a big thank you to Richard for spending so much time with me during the design process; he took on board everything I asked for and even managed to improve on my own design.He made sure I was completely happy with every detail he worked into the design and nothing I asked for was too much trouble.He got to know me and what I liked and guided me in the right direction and it’s even better than I expected.There should be more Richards out there in the retail world…you’ve got to clone him !!
Design, of course, is a very important stage in the process,but if the furniture is not well made and perfectly fitted,then the whole process can fall down. Once again,I was pleasantly surprised to find that your fitter took a personal pride in the job he was doing. He was equally as good as Richard in making sure that I was going to be left with a product that was as perfect in its construction as in its design.The job was completed carefully, precisely and with fine attention to detail.
All in all, it’s a quality job; thanks once again.
